Favorite Mixes from June 2026

Dear diary. It’s hot.

That pretty much sums up the past few weeks. Thankfully, music still works regardless of the temperature. These are the mixes that kept us company throughout June.

Grant Aaron’s visit to Bright Patterns on The Lot Radio, Greg Damiani’s set from Springkell, Vicki Siolos’ marvelously moody contribution to Unknown Species, and Re:Alla’s guest mix for NTS all lean toward the ambient and introspective corner of electronic music. They became regular companions during the hottest parts of the day, when moving as little as possible felt like the smartest strategy.

Lynne, o.utlier, Carrier, Toè, and Darris Hopper kept things beautifully unpredictable, each approaching broken rhythms and those fascinating grey areas from a slightly different angle.

One recording deserves a mention of its own. Endzeit’s latest archive upload documents an entire event, bringing together Mike Parker, Neel, and .VRIL in one continuous recording. We don’t often get the chance to revisit nights like this once they’re over. This one is well worth spending a few hours with.
